In this role, you will: Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner Perform key business administration tasks Build and maintain strong relationships with families About Goodstart Calala Our service is a 66-place centre, which has been rated as ‘Exceeding’ in all 7 National Quality Standard areas The centre director of our service, Helen, has over 20 years of experience at Goodstart Calala and has previously been awarded Goodstart’s Employee of the Year for NSW Our long-standing family base is a testament to the high-quality services we provide to local children and the wider community.
