The Opportunity We have a rare and exciting opportunity for multiple positions for Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our team for a new Transitional Care Unit (TCU) at Glengarry Private Hospital. The TCU will provide short term care to optimise the functioning and independence of the older person who requires more time and support to make decisions on their long‑term care options. You will work as a valued member of our team in our 21‑bedded unit. You will play a key role in supporting patients in their journey in transitional care and while working alongside a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high‑quality patient care. The successful candidates will be available to work a rotating roster of morning and afternoons including weekends. Your Skills and Experience You will be a skilled nurse with excellent customer service, effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities. Essential Relevant qualifications and registrations with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified). Minimum two (2) years experience working in an acute hospital environment is preferable. Flexibility to work a rotating 7‑day roster is essential. Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills. Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $31.32 - $33.65 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances.
