Job title: Community Occupational Therapist – Outer North/North-East Melbourne Working Hours: 16-40hrs/week, Flexible Salary: A generous base salary + super + travel reimbursement + CPD allowance Location: Outer North/North-East Melbourne Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is looking for a number of dedicated Occupational Therapists to join their team on a part-time/full-time or casual basis in Melbourne. They are desired to help clients to understand and maximise their own potential in the comfort and convenience of their own space. As an OT you will be responsible for: Treating clients in their homes with a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, pre/post natal, cardio-respiratory and rehabilitation therapy Providing personable, high quality, affordable care to our valued clients in the community Assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders Provide rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice Benefits: Travel reimbursements Company car provided (permanent full-time employee) Monthly team awards to be won and free weekly coffee on the house Flexibility – create your own personalised schedule Ongoing training and fortnightly mentoring/supervision regular informal (online) clinical discussions, plus future opportunities to be involved in business development, team supervision/management and other non-clinical duties Administration support and access to the team of experienced clinicians Essential Criteria: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or higher Current Full AHPRA registration Minimum of 3 years experience SWEP registration desirable NDIS experience desirable Valid driver’s licence Have or willing to obtain: Current Police Check Level 2 First Aid Professional indemnity insurance Flu vaccination COVID-19 vaccination Own Car
