We are known for our craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional attention to detail. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Administrator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of bespoke builds — from pricing and budgeting to project delivery. You’ll work closely with architects, clients, and subcontractors to bring unique architectural visions to life. Key Responsibilities Manage high‑end residential and architectural projects from concept to completion. Prepare and monitor budgets, estimates, and financial reports. Conduct accurate quantity take‑offs and cost management throughout each stage. Administer contracts, variations, and procurement processes. Liaise with clients, architects, and trades to ensure quality and communication excellence. Maintain schedules, safety compliance, and project documentation. Skills & Experience 3–5 years’ experience in project management or contract administration (residential focus). Proven experience with architectural or luxury builds. Strong financial, estimating, and organisational skills. Proficiency with construction software a bonus (e.g. Buildxact, Procore).
