Expressions of Interest - Dental Receptionist or Practice Manager Eve Dental is a fresh, boutique dental practice located in North‑west Sydney with clinics in Top Ryde and Macquarie Park . Clinic hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm About the Role: For a January 2026 start, we are seeking either a Dental Receptionist (Client Care Coordinator) who is passionate about patient care, OR an experienced Dental Practice Manager ready to hit the ground running. Either position is central to our patient experience and administrative efficiency. Note: the role may be full‑time, permanent, or casual. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone Handle incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries with efficiency and courtesy Manage appointment bookings, recalls, and rescheduling Perform all reception and administrative duties including processing HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions Coordinate lab work (sending/receiving) Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception and staff areas Provide occasional chairside assistance to clinical staff when needed Willingness to assist the team in Steri / Dental Assisting Practice Management duties for the suitable candidate Benefits: Competitive rate based on experience Employee discounts Supportive, growth‑oriented workplace culture About You: You’re personable, compassionate, and highly organised.
