Inside Sales Executive | Warm Leads Provided Location: Elsternwick, VIC – Full-Time (37.5 hours) Are you a top 1% sales professional? What We Need High aptitude: Proven track record of high performance and the drive to self‑generate opportunities. High EQ & integrity: Exceptional emotional intelligence for complex, sensitive client conversations. Multimedia tools: Technologically savvy and experienced in full‑cycle tele‑sales (phone/video/CRM). Team player: Collaborative and proactive within a fast‑paced environment. Work/Life Structure 37.5 hour week: Structured schedule with rotating shifts (early/late options). Minimal disruption: Weekend coverage (approx. 1 in 8) and remote WFH on‑call night shift only.
