Senior D365 CRM Specialist (Functional Lead) Brisbane | Permanent | ~$160k + super (DOE) | Hybrid working (1 day WFH, Wednesdays mandatory on‑site) Full Australian Working Rights required. We’re partnering with a growing organisation in a build‑and‑scale phase, looking to appoint a senior D365 CRM Specialist to take true end‑to‑end ownership of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role sits at the intersection of CRM ownership, business analysis, reporting, and vendor management. The focus is on stabilising the current environment, fixing reporting and data issues, and ensuring Dynamics 365 genuinely supports customer journeys and business operations as the organisation scales. Responsibilities Own the Dynamics 365 CRM platform end to end, acting as the primary point of accountability Manage day‑to‑day CRM configuration, including entities, workflows, forms, views, business rules, and security roles Stabilise the CRM environment by resolving data quality and reporting issues Map, review, and improve customer journeys and CRM‑driven processes What we’re looking for Strong experience as a D365 CRM Specialist Proven experience owning and running a CRM platform in an in‑house environment Solid understanding of Power BI and CRM reporting, with strong data literacy Confidence engaging with stakeholders across the business and translating requirements into solution #J-18808-Ljbffr
