Since 2004, Highgrove Bathrooms has been supplying Australians with the highest quality bathroom, kitchen, laundry products and fittings. This is why we continue to be a trusted brand amongst tradesmen, builders, developers, interior designers and DIY renovators.We are looking for an all-rounder to join our small team on a permanent full-time basis. Whilst this role is a Sales Consultant, you will be required to assist in our Warehouse and make deliveries when required. Must be available to work Saturdays.What we offer:The opportunity to work with designer bathroom products and fittingsOn the job trainingMonthly staff bonus (based on KPI’s)Staff discount on productImmediate startThe Opportunity:Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely mannerAssist customers with sales enquiries and product selectionEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceDesign advice (where required)Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsAssist with stock transfers and stock orderingReceipt of payment using the POS systemAssist with damaged stock and warranty claimsAnswering phoneAssist in the receipt of new shipmentsPick/packing orders for customersDelivery of customer orders (as required)Skills & Experience:Proven working experience in retail salesDriver's license requiredUnderstanding of sales principles and customer service practicesGood level of computer literacy and MS applicationsDriven to meet sales targets with a proven record of exceedingAbility to build effective working relationshipsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, helpful, confident and engaging personalityAbility to lift heavy itemsOther Benefits Include:Unlimited access to the GO1 learning platformDiscounts with hundreds of retailers through our HRIS platform24/7 mental health and wellness support through SonderThis role requires a reliable, motivated individual who works well within a small team.
