Our Mildura store is currently offering a Full Time / Part Time Sales Consultant position. We are seeking a highly motivated team member, who has previous experience in retail sales or customer driven consultative selling environment. You will be a part of a team that loves success, that are passionate about their roles and delivering exceptional customer service. You need to achieve sales and performance targets and ensure that the presentation of store is up to standard. About You Sales - you stand out as a top performer against personal and sales targets. Communication - You are confident, outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and build relationships with ease. People Focus - you are a strong problem solver with outcomes for our people always top of mind. Teamwork - You excel working within a team as well as working autonomously. Adaptability - You have experience learning new things and adapt well to frequent change. Flexibility - You are also personally flexible and adaptable to business needs, such as travel and rotating roster. Drive & Ambition - You have a desire for career progression, and the ability to support the team in achieving success About Your Experience Telco experience favourable (but not essential) Strong customer service, resourceful problem solving & clear communication skills is a must because this is the foundation of your role Experience working towards Targets & KPIs is essential You’re a bit techie and love technology Technical experience is preferred (but not essential) – but you must be willing to learn and adapt.
