We’re looking for skilled HR truck drivers who are also hands‑on operators to confident driving, loading, mixing and assisting in hydromulch and hydroseeding operations on projects across Sydney and Regional NSW. You’ll drive the hydroseeding truck, help mix and load materials, and work with the crew applying product on site. WHAT YOU’LL DO Drive HR trucks to and from project sites. Assist with loading, mixing and preparing hydromulch blends. Operate the hydroseeding unit and hoses during application. Work with the team on erosion control and site preparation. Perform basic daily maintenance and equipment checks. Travel within Sydney and Regional NSW as required. WHAT You’ll bring Current HR licence and Construction White Card. 3+ years’ experience driving trucks and/or operating hydroseeding or hydromulch equipment. Physically fit and confident handling hoses, loading and unloading gear. Reliable, self‑motivated and willing to travel when required. Commitment to safety, teamwork and high‑quality results.
