Our client requires a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of an IT Service Management and Asset Management system. This role involves working within a hybrid environment, ideally Perth‑based (but could consider a very strong Melbourne‑based candidate) with a focus on implementing a proven solution such as ServiceNow or similar. The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for end‑to‑end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation, ensuring the project aligns with organisational standards and delivers tangible service enhancements. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and manage resource allocations. Lead and coordinate with implementation partners and internal teams to define scope, configure, and roll‑out the service management platform. Manage project budgets, forecasts, change requests, and procurement activities. Maintain governance through regular stakeholder engagement, steering committee updates, and progress reporting. Identify, log and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Provide change management guidance to support adoption and realisation of benefits. About You Extensive project management experience delivering large‑scale ITSM or ESM implementations, ideally within healthcare or similarly complex environments. Proven ability to lead cross‑disciplinary teams in hybrid or Agile delivery settings. Certifications such as PRINCE2, and relevant experience with ServiceNow, Ivanti, or equivalent platforms. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management. Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Planview, MS Project, Tempus Resource or Oracle Fusion.
