About the Role We’re seeking a detail oriented and commercially minded Ecommerce Specialist who shares our deep pride in delivering beautifully crafted solutions to join our team and elevate the online shopping experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising our digital product offering, ensuring accurate and engaging product listings, and supporting key online campaigns. You will own product creation, maintenance, and merchandising — ensuring our websites reflect the latest collections and are visually compelling and easy to navigate. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of eCommerce and broader Marketing and Merchandising teams to deliver a best-in class omnichannel experience, contribute to the eCommerce product roadmap, and help drive our overall digital strategy forward. What You’ll Do Maintain product accuracy and readiness across our Australian and New Zealand websites, ensuring a seamless customer experience Own online product merchandising — including categorisation, search results, product placement, and personalisation across customer segments Enrich product listings with high-quality imagery, compelling copy, and accurate specifications, while managing both 2D and 3D content libraries Update onsite content to align with campaigns and promotions, supporting cohesive messaging across digital and in-store channels Build landing pages, blog content and editorials in line with SEO best practices and the marketing calendar Conduct regular site audits to identify bugs, UX issues, and content gaps, and work with developers to implement fixes Support testing and implementation of new digital tools and roadmap initiatives Collaborate with the customer experience team to help resolve ecommerce-related enquiries Analyse site performance and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics and Clarity, turning insights into action Champion our brand values and contribute to a safe, collaborative, and high-performing team environment Who You Are 2–3 years’ experience in a similar eCommerce role, ideally within retail or a lifestyle brand Strong attention to detail with experience in CMS platforms, SEO, and online merchandising Data-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for delivering premium digital experiences Why Join Coco Republic A warm, collaborative team culture where people and creativity shine Performance incentives Leave on your birthday – because your special day matters Ongoing learning and career development opportunities Generous product discounts for you and your loved ones Access to our Employee Assistance Program, anytime you need it Paid parental leave and a commitment to work-life balance If you believe in the power of design to inspire, and love delivering elevated experiences, join the brand that’s setting the benchmark in interiors.
