Our products include service to conveyor systems and belts, steel cord belts, fabric belts, splice kits, rubber compounds, and sheet rubber. Boton’s service team has been established in the Australian market for several years and currently services a majority of mining customers in Australia – Our service business is a full scope conveyor maintenance and rubber lining supplier business. With an established workforce and reputable customer base we are now looking to expand our capacity and capabilities. Position Description Field Service Rubber Liner – Full time and Casual positions available. - RESIDENTIAL APPLICANTS ONLY Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Rubber Liners tasks will include but are not limited to, workshop work of hot and cold rubber lining of various components, ceramic tiling, pulley lagging, on site shutdown rubber lining, responding to any breakdown on customer sites as required and equipment preparation. Knowledge and Experience Level 1 and above Rubber Liners with relevant industry experience in the areas discussed above would be highly advantageous. Commitment to speak up and drive safety. Self-Motivated. Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening as required. Actively support all members of the team to achieve the required goal. Actively seek out ideas for continuous improvement. Qualifications/Tickets Current Driver’s License. High Risk Work License including Forklift, Basic Rigging, EWP.
