Uplift policy settings including Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) and blocking rules. Review and tune alerts within the Defender portal to improve detection and reduce false positives. Collaborate with security teams to ensure best practices and compliance with organisational standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Defender Security Engineer should have: Proven experience with Microsoft Defender End Point and security engineering practices. A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management. Experience uplifting policy settings (ASR, blocking rules).
