Key responsibilities Leading the creation and execution of a client-focused service delivery model for the PMC team to boost customer experience and engagement. Contributing to the analysis, design and management of operations and service delivery. Providing strategic industry specific advice to our clients based on industry standards to improve operational workflows, effect cost savings and implement improvements to drive revenue and business growth in line with the business vision. Delivering projects on budget, mindful of key performance metrics and overall business of APS. What you need to be successful 5+ years experience as a Practice Manager, Business Manager, Operations Management or leadership role within the healthcare industry. Experience in Dentistry, Pharmacy, or other specialist services will be highly regarded, along with experience in General Practice. Customer Service Focus – Able to anticipate and respond to the needs of internal and external clients. Ensuring customer expectations are realistic, established and satisfied. Demonstrated strong leadership with people management and relationship building skills. Proficiency with computer-based systems including Microsoft Office systems. Problem solving – the ability to troubleshoot issues creatively and effectively as they arise. Demonstrated effective project management and time management skills. Capabilities in business analytics and reporting, facilitation, and change management. Strong work ethic and the ability to provide timely, appropriate feedback and coaching.
