Seasonal Valet Parking Team Members – Westfield Chermside This festive season, we’re hiring across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand to support our car park, concierge and valet services. Help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during our busiest and most exciting time of the year. Whether you’ve worked in customer-facing roles before or you’re ready to make your debut, we’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences. It’s your time to shine – bring your energy, smile, and passion for helping others. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre Supporting valet services by opening car doors and assisting guests as they exit their vehicles Safely parking and handling customer vehicles with care and efficiency Maintaining smooth traffic flow in the valet area Qualifications & Requirements Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting Confident and safely drive and park both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precision Hold a full open driver’s licence (Manual, Auto, or International) Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal) Work Hours & Availability Seasonal casual role – opportunities across our Westfield destinations from September to February.
