What you’ll do Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living. Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity. Create individualized therapy programs and lead group‑based active ageing sessions.
