About the Role JBS Pork is currently recruiting for a detail‑oriented S&OP Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our Sales & Operations Planning process. This position ensures data accuracy and integrity, supports strategic decision‑making, and drives continuous improvement across processes and reporting. Manage and govern master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and streamline S&OP processes. Develop and monitor KPIs that measure forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and supply chain performance. Create and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to leadership. Facilitate cross‑functional communication by consolidating and analysing data for S&OP meetings and demand planning cycles. About You Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis or master data management. FMCG experience in Protein / Meat / Fresh S&OP sector (supplier or retailer) highly desirable. Advanced Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and SQL; experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
