Product Manager | Menswear

GAZMAN is on the hunt for a dynamic Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development across multiple categories each season. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape ranges that not only meet company, brand and merchandise objectives, but elevate GAZMAN’s market position through thoughtful design and commercial impact. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to: Develop seasonal product ranges with the Head of Product and Senior Designer, using overseas inspiration and working closely with garment manufacturers on sourcing and SMS sample creation. Collaborate with design team and suppliers to present CAD ranges aligned to the merchandise plan and present concepts and SMS samples to key stakeholders. Source and develop fabrics and yarns to quality standards, obtain pricing, and negotiate FOB, CMT and fabric costs to meet margin targets. Prepare and issue sample tech packs, manage the SMS process end‑to‑end, and ensure all samples are delivered, costed and approved on time. Oversee accurate product specifications, finalising production details with the Garment Technician and ensuring quality and fit through all sample and fitting stages. Support retail and wholesale range releases, providing product information, CADs, swatches and story organisation aligned to the merchandise plan and margin objectives. Analyse weekly sales to identify future trade opportunities. Oversee quality standards with QA, and maintain critical path timelines. Manage seasonal product data in company ERP and act as a central source of product information across the business. You will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications and 5–10 years’ experience in menswear product development. Proven ability to prepare product briefs, presentations and communicate effectively with offshore suppliers. Experience with PLM systems and graphic applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred). Strong communication, visual presentation skills and a detailed, organised and proactive working style. Ability to think laterally, streamline processes and manage schedules effectively. Strong commercial acumen with a results‑driven, margin‑focused approach. Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
