Overview Recruitment Consultant at Pinpoint Talent We are seeking an experienced Network Support Officer to support mission-critical Defence IT systems, working within deployed and secure environments on a large scale ICT modernisation program. Sydney based Contract length: 12 months, potential extension. NV2 Security Clearance required. Responsibilities Provide specialist network support to mission-critical ICT systems. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly. Work within degraded environments (DDIL) to maintain system functionality. Support the design, build, and deployment of complex network solutions. Support the maintenance, patching, and upgrading of systems in line with Defence requirements. Develop workarounds and contingency plans for adverse conditions. Produce and maintain SOPs, build guides, and technical artefacts. Manage digital certificates and ensure compliance with Defence ICT protocols. Skills & Experience NV2 Security Clearance required. Experience in a Network Support position. Experience working in Defence . Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
