Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityAs an Associate Director, you will lead and perform independent reviews of risk culture and behaviours, contribute to senior executive and board reporting and drive strategic enhancements to the risk culture program. You will guide and collaborate among an established team of risk culture experts and closely partner with the broader business-aligned Internal Audit teams. You will work closely with senior risk and business stakeholders to translate risk culture observations into practical impacts and actions.What you offer

Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility• Background in a Behavioural Science discipline, such as risk culture, organisational psychology or behavioural economics• Experience in the Financial Services sector within consulting, Risk Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit or External Audit• Prior experience leading and developing individuals, partnering with, and educating multi-disciplinary teams• Ability to identify and exercise professional judgement on notable culture and behaviour observations from a range of data sources, including perceptions, people and risk data and documentation.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate behavioural insights for business leaders and influence stakeholders at all levels.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About the Risk Management Group
