Required experience: Claims experience from life insurance, Allied Health or the Legal world Experience across products such as Income Protection, TPD, Terminal Illness, Trauma and Death highly valued Proven ability to train and develop others Experience assessing and managing complex claims (especially for the senior role) Ideally degree qualified in a relevant discipline Traits and motivations: Strong work ethic driven by exceptional customer service Enjoy working in a collaborative environment Customer Centric – the company puts the customer first and is growing because of it Want a long term career in claims management, where you will constantly be learning and developing On offer to the successful candidates is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing life insurers with a genuine care for its staff.
