The Opportunity: An Integrated Marketing Role We are seeking a versatile and strategic Marketing Specialist to play a central role in our marketing ecosystem. This position is designed to bridge brand building with customer engagement, working in close partnership with our Advertising Manager to deliver a cohesive and elevated brand narrative across all channels. Collaboration is Key: You will work alongside our Advertising Manager , who leads our paid media, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Your focus will be on owned channels, customer lifecycle marketing, brand experience, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that once customers are acquired, they are immersed in a consistent and luxurious brand world that fosters loyalty and advocacy. Your Key Responsibilities Customer Lifecycle & Retention Marketing: Develop and execute CRM strategies, email marketing campaigns, and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value, repeat engagement, and referral rates. Brand Experience Management: Uphold and elevate the LINDELLI brand across all owned touchpoints, including boutique environment, atelier service, and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless luxury experience. Owned Media & Content Strategy: Manage our organic social media presence, content calendar, and community engagement. Produce compelling brand storytelling that aligns with our luxury positioning. Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with brand partners, influencers, and ambassadors that align with our values, focusing on authentic co‑creation and brand alignment. Public Relations Support: Assist in media outreach, press release distribution, and coordination of editorial placements. Help maintain our media kit and build relationships with relevant fashion and luxury publications. Event & Experiential Support: Collaborate in the planning and execution of client events, VIP activations, and boutique launches, focusing on the attendee journey and post‑event engagement. Who You Are: Our Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role and qualify for 186 visa sponsorship, you must meet and demonstrate the following criteria: Formal Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in luxury retail, fine jewellery, fashion, premium lifestyle, or high‑end hospitality. Integrated Marketing Skills: Proven hands‑on experience in at least three of the following areas: CRM/email marketing, social media management, content creation, partnership management, or event coordination. Brand Stewardship: A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to maintain and express a premium brand identity across various channels. Analytical & Creative Balance: Ability to interpret campaign data and customer insights to inform strategy, coupled with strong creative judgment for storytelling. Collaborative Partner: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team, especially in a complementary partnership with performance‑focused advertising experts. Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
