Performance Lead (Executive Manager) - Risk Data Insights and Analytics You are a passionate leader that is driven by customer excellence We are a high-performing team that is both diverse and values-driven Together we will deliver amazing solutions at scale for our customers Do work that matters The Risk Data Insights and Analytics team is a group of 100+ analytics, technology and data science professionals whose mandate is to use data and analytics to transform risk management, through automation, self-service tools and data science delivering sustainable Group-wide risk and regulatory reporting solutions. You will be responsible for orchestrating planning and prioritisation, ensuring the strategic objectives are effectively translated into execution and facilitating continuous improvement. Your role will also involve implementation of strategy, planning and operations, financial management and risk management for the team. See yourself in our team We are passionate. We’re interested in hearing from people who have Experience partnering across multiple teams to define and continuously improve governance and reporting requirements including milestones, financials, benefits and risks. The ability to leverage data driven insights to guide continuous improvement opportunities with key decision makers. Experience overseeing workforce and financial management activity against targets including forecasts, budgets, actuals and reconciliation. The ability to identify, resolve and remove blockers that impact prioritisation and outcomes. Experience with centralised operational procedures and tools to ensure consistency across all teams. The ability to act as a conduit to elevate and mitigate risks and issues. Experience working closely with leadership to define commitments and outcomes and provide strategic guidance. The ability to manage high complexity and change, solve problems, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and operate with an enterprise mindset. Experience working in multiple areas and synthesising large data sets to provide concise analysis and solutions.
