Interoperability Assurance Profiles (IAP) Program Manager HTR Group Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia We have a current opportunity for an Interoperability Assurance Profiles (IAP) Program Manager , on a contract basis within the Defence sector. The role is based in Canberra, ACT . The contract is for an initial 6 month period, with a 2 x 12 month extension option . Base pay range: A$110.00/hr - A$150.00/hr The Program Manager will be responsible for establishing Interoperability Assurance Profiles (IAP) to develop a comprehensive data set within the communications systems employed across the Joint Fires Network to de-risk the delivery of mission systems. Informing Capability Review(s) in consultation with systems owners and joint stakeholders, to identify opportunities to increase systems interoperability to maintain a resilient end‑to‑end networked environment. Minimum Mandatory Requirements AGSVA Security clearance Extensive experience and knowledge of Defence Communications and Information Systems and stakeholder community Demonstrated experience in Defence Programs, Force Design, or Concept Development roles Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, including the ability to interpret technical information regarding Defence Communications and Information systems and Joint Fires Systems Project / Program Management experience within a Defence context Understanding of Joint and land domain specific staff processes within operational and tactical level headquarters Knowledge and experience working within the One Defence Capability System processes Extensive experience and knowledge of ADF Joint Fires and Effects Systems, Planning and Execution and assurance of schedule completion For the full information on this position, please submit your CV before 8am Wed 26 Nov 2025.
