About Us We are a leading tiling supply and installation company working within the new built construction industry. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our commitment to exceptional service. This role is based in Camden NSW. Role Overview The Warehouse Supervisor will manage inventory, lead warehouse staff, and ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of all materials. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and understands the demands of the construction/tiling supply industry. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time Oversee goods‑in processes including unloading, checking, and storing tile products, adhesives, trims, and related materials Enter stock receipts, stock transfers, and other inventory data accurately into the company system Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records; conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Implement and uphold safety standards, including proper handling of heavy and fragile materials Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff Coordinate with sales, logistics, and installation teams to support smooth project delivery Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided if required) About You Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team‑leading position Experience in building/tiling supplies (advantage but not essential) Strong organisation, data‑entry, and problem‑solving skills Confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team Physically capable of manual handling tasks Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Supportive team culture Opportunity to grow within a thriving company #J-18808-Ljbffr
