Your goal: to ensure every customer leaves delighted and inspired by their experience with us. Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve driving sales and providing exceptional service. You'll also assist with warehouse duties, including stock management, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store. This is a dynamic role that requires you to multitask across the showroom and warehouse, contributing as a key member of our passionate and high-performing sales team. Within this role, you'll be responsible for: Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single day Crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities Creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty Building strong relationships across retail and trade customers Keeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impress Becoming a product guru through hands‑on training and demos WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM..
