As an MIGSO-PCUBED Agile Project Management Consultant , you will play a pivotal delivery and advisory role in helping clients adopt, scale, and mature Agile ways of working. Working closely with a team of MP Consultants, you will bring strong agile delivery capability, guiding teams through iterative planning, prioritisation, risk management, and adaptive governance. Your analytical and facilitation skills will support continuous improvement, transparency, and effective stakeholder engagement across complex initiatives. As an MP Consultant, you will: Work across diverse industries, delivering Agile projects and supporting programs of work. Lead and support complex client engagements while strengthening MP’s client relationships. Support engagement leads in expanding our footprint across one or more clients, while benefiting from a broad range of professional development opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective agile delivery, coaching, and uplift of delivery practices. About the Role As an Agile Project Manager , you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of agile initiatives within our clients’ organisations. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Designing, implementing, and maturing Agile delivery frameworks tailored to client needs (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid models). Facilitating agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring transparency and flow of work. Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value iteratively and on time. Providing leadership within complex client engagements, including stakeholder communication and change adoption support. Partnering with engagement leads/directors to identify growth opportunities, contribute to proposals, and deepen client relationships. Ensuring client satisfaction by driving continuous improvement, managing delivery risks, and enabling successful outcomes. Who Are You? You have experience delivering Agile Project Management services across multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments. You collaborate naturally with cross-functional teams and possess a strong understanding of Agile practices, tools, and delivery frameworks. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable influencing outcomes in dynamic environments. Skills & Experience Required 3–6 years Project Management experience, including hands‑on agile delivery (Scrum Master, Agile PM, Iteration Manager or similar). Demonstrated success delivering projects within agile or hybrid delivery frameworks. Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and navigate challenging stakeholder environments. Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple business units. Ability to assess delivery challenges, recommend solutions, and communicate options with clarity and confidence. Proven capability to influence without formal authority, enabling team alignment and buy‑in. Experience with Agile and PPM toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Project Server, MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.). Consulting experience—either external or internal—highly regarded. Strong judgment and business acumen in ambiguous or evolving delivery situations.
