They provide flexible solutions for rapid repair, replacement, or upgrade. As a Client Operations Manager , you will be the face of our business, working closely with our client to manage expectations including stakeholder management, team performance, KPI delivery, and process enhancement to ensure executional excellence in delivering our clients’s objectives for their customer service program. Responsibilities Establish relationships with internal stakeholders and work closely with external clients as a primary point of contact for the program. Ensure the team is adequately resourced to achieve targets and service levels through planning and forecasting. Primarily responsible for the delivery of daily support functions working closely with team leaders, training and quality assurance. Initiate and drive continuous improvement by analysing data and reporting to our client and internal stakeholders. About you Ability to analyse data, generate reports and provide insights/recommendations. Excellent team player and stakeholder relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced level project management and administrative skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. What we offer Full time maximum term contract working Monday – Friday. Attractive remuneration package; (base + superannuation).
