Grand Mercure Basildene Manor currently has an opportunity for an experienced hands onGroundspersonto join the team About The Role The Groundsperson is responsible for the efficient operation of the Maintenance/Grounds department. This includes maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, at all times complying with OH&S Policies & Procedures Other duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining all resort equipment in working condition Fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues Reporting of unsafe practices, incidents or accidents Skills & Experience Ability to perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs Ability to use and care for tools and equipment Desire to provide an exceptional customer experience Ability to work in a fast paced environment and respond to emergency situations A strong candidate has been identified for this position.
