About the Role We’re looking for a Product Marketing Content Specialist to help us communicate clearly and visually across teams and audiences. You’ll partner with our Head of Product Marketing to create presentations, sales materials, and other content that make our products and strategy easy to understand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organizing ideas, and designing materials that make complex topics simple. You’ll learn the business quickly and play a key role in shaping how Zonos tells its story through decks, campaigns, and product messaging. What You’ll Do Build and refine presentations for internal and external audiences, including product launches, sales enablement, and leadership updates. Create content and visuals that connect product value with customer needs. Write and edit clear, concise messaging that reflects our brand voice. Collaborate across teams (Product, Marketing, and Revenue) to gather information and align on positioning. Maintain and improve templates, design standards, and presentation systems (primarily in Canva). Support campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and tone. Aptitude for storytelling—ability to talk with internal teams and identify/create a compelling, easy-to-follow story Experience building professional presentations (Canva preferred; PowerPoint or Google Slides also fine, if open to learning Canva with our training). Comfort working with both creative and technical teams. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS or product marketing environments. Bonus: Experience developing enablement materials for sales or customer-facing teams. What we offer: Target range for this role is $75k-95k but actual salaries will vary based on various factors such as education, experience, training, scope, etc. The salary noted is just one component of our total compensation package.
