We have an incredible opportunity for you Due to internal promotions, we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our expanding team in Brisbane CBD. As a key support to our teams, you’ll provide vital administrative assistance to our East Coast projects, spanning across Queensland. This is an exciting time to join the GRPS team as we continue to grow, with more projects on the horizon You’ll bring your expertise in invoice reconciliation, travel coordination, timesheet & roster management, and your ability to quickly adapt to new systems. This role may offer occasional site travel, giving you a unique chance to experience the action up close. If you're ready to be a part of a team that thrives on growth and opportunity, we want to hear from you What We Are Looking For Previous Project Administration experience – Oil & Gas projects would be an advantage but not essential. Experience with requisitions, invoicing, and accounts payable enquiries mandatory Experience entering timesheets and or reviewing against roster data Ability to coordinate travel of employees, including flights, car hire and accommodation Strong communications skills, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Strong understanding of the importance of safety within our industry. Previous use of Greentree, Maximo, Corporate Traveller, Compass, Fieldglass, or similar systems is advantageous.
