Business Manager - Independent Christian School | Northern NSW Our client, a growing K-12 independent Christian school in Northern NSW, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Manager to oversee the non-educational operations of the school. This full-time, permanent role is a key leadership position, responsible for the effective management of finance, administration, and operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the school's long‑term sustainability and alignment with its mission to provide Christ‑centred education in a caring, community‑focused environment. About the Role Lead and manage finance, administration, facilities, and support staff. Provide strategic input into the school's planning and development. Ensure sound financial management, reporting, and compliance. Contribute to a culture that reflects the school's Christian values in all operations. About You Be a committed Christian actively involved in a Protestant church. Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or business (or equivalent experience). Demonstrate experience managing confidential information and leading operational teams. Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current NSW Working With Children Check. (Desirable) Have prior experience in education or not-for-profit organisations. The Offer Permanent full-time position. Commencement: January 2026 (earlier start negotiable).
