Operations Manager - Contract Catering Company: Cater Care Location: NSW (1 day per week in Parramatta). Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr Key Details Salary $90,000 to $100,000 dependent upon experience, plus car allowance. A supportive & collaborative work environment. NSW Based (1 day per week in Parramatta). Responsibilities Overseeing the catering operations across 6 aged care facilities Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders Coaching and further developing the team around you Ensure high standards of food quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission including accreditations Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within the contract catering or hospitality industry with multi‑site exposure. Strong understanding of operational and financial management. Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly within aged care and education. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
