Since then, the company has grown significantly, building a strong reputation for reliability and exceptional customer service in the infrastructure and construction industries across Victoria. Today, NLA Trucking operates a fleet of contractors and various pieces of heavy equipment. With locations in Epping and Seaford VIC, NLA Trucking continues to expand and meet the diverse needs of its clients. Role Description This is an on‑site, full‑time position for a Sales Representative located in Epping, VIC. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer support, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital tools relevant to the sales process Experience in customer service and understanding client requirements Knowledge of the trucking or transportation industry is a plus Valid driver’s license Ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Business Development Truck Transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
