Currently, there is an opportunity at our Dandenong South, VIC office for a proactive Warehousing & Inventory Controller role to join the Idealair Group team. This role has a primary focus on logistics, operational warehousing and customer service and is suitable for someone that loves to be hands on and get involved with day to day operations. Job Description The Role: General Warehousing work Using the forklift for everyday tasks such as loading and offloading freight, moving stock within the warehouse etc Picking & packing goods to the Idealair Group delivery scheduling system Co-ordinate Inter-Branch transfers Liaise with the Procurement team in regards to stock holdings, available space, and inbound container plan and splits Container unpack co-ordination with 3rd party and transport provider Invoicing of deliveries Receipting of goods, ensuring correct items have been sent and receipted into the system Providing exceptional customer experience for all customers Providing superior over-the counter customer service and sales support Desired Skills and Experience Who are you? ideal candidate should possess: Warehouse Experience Superior organisational and time management skills Exceptional written and verbal customer service skills Strong motivation and drive to work in a fast-paced environment Recent work experience in the Air Conditioning industry would be highly advantageous Current valid forklift licence isessential Why Join Us: Genuine professional development and career progression opportunities for the right candidate Free on-site company gym Fantastic work-life balance Company Performance Bonus Structure Excellent and supportive company culture Idealair Group is an equal opportunity employer who is committed to providing safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
