With major projects on the horizon across civil, aviation, water, transport, and renewable energy sectors in Victoria, we’re committed to embedding sustainability into everything we do. We’re seeking a Sustainability & Environmental Advisor to champion sustainability initiatives while supporting environmental compliance. You’ll lead sustainability strategies and reporting while assisting with environmental management plans and compliance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovative sustainability outcomes and supporting environmental best practice. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sustainability strategies across upcoming projects. Monitor and report on sustainability performance aligned with BMD’s ESG commitments. Advise on sustainable design, materials, and practices. Support environmental compliance and contribute to management plans. Engage stakeholders to promote sustainability & environmental awareness and best practice. About You 2-4 years’ experience in sustainability within construction or infrastructure projects, with some environmental management exposure. Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related discipline. Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Passion for driving innovative, sustainable solutions.
