Client Service Specialist (Hearing Health) – Pakenham Join Hearing Australia as a Client Service Specialist at our Pakenham location. This part‑time, permanent role (3 days a week, 8:30 am‑5:10 pm) offers consistent hours and the chance to work across two sites. Responsibilities Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries. Cover reception and undertake general administrative duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and preparing monthly reports. Liaise extensively with clients, including children, adults with complex needs, and those from multicultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting. Assist clinicians by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids. Qualifications Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of work. Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and exposure to mobile technology (Apple and/or Android applications). A genuine desire to work within an organization that contributes to the greater good and provides rewarding work for clients and their families. Willingness to obtain a police check, hold a current driver’s licence, and have the rights to work in Australia. Benefits Attractive salary package including 15.4% superannuation.
