Linedata is looking for a Treasury Support Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Charlotte. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in supporting wire activity across Treasury, Investment, and Accounting operations for a leading global alternative asset manager. You’ll be part of our high-performing Client Services team, helping drive accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of fund-related transactions. What You’ll Do: Coordinate daily cash balance reporting across multiple accounts and transactions Process and track capital calls and distributions across various investment funds Monitor cash levels and advise senior management on cash needs Execute high-priority wire transactions accurately and on time Complete callbacks for new wire instructions and validate documentation Support tax payments and other ad hoc transactions Prepare daily and weekly reports on cash positions Assist with keeping investment documentation up to date Liaise with banks and counterparties to submit and track wire transfers Handle time-sensitive, ad hoc requests related to cash management and internal reporting What We’re Looking For: Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic professional with the ability to think creatively Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the firm and with external partners Dedicated team player with a high degree of ownership and follow-through Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data tools like Power BI is a plus Preferred Background: Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record Progress toward an MBA or CFA is a plus 0–1 year of relevant work experience in finance, operations, accounting, or related fields Why Join Linedata Work with smart, committed colleagues in an ego-free, international environment Help shape the future of financial technology with innovative products and services Join a company that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning Enjoy flexible work arrangements and a commitment to work-life balance About Linedata Linedata is an award-winning global software and services provider.
