Senior Project Manager / Project Manager – Air Traffic Control / Air Defence The Senior Project Manager or Project Manager is responsible for the planning and successful delivery of air traffic control, air defence and/or critical infrastructure projects to customers in Australia, New Zealand and the broader Asia‑Pacific region. This involves leading project teams, managing suppliers and subcontractors, collaborating cross‑functionally, communicating with stakeholders, and mitigating risks. The Opportunity Responsibilities include: Manage all project activities and risks to ensure achievement of project objectives and milestones. Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ. Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track. Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers. Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers. Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence. Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs). Provide project management inputs including formulating delivery strategies for bids and tenders. Collaboratively work with our customers to truly deliver value in support of their key objectives and organisational needs. Promote continuous improvement in project delivery. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor of Engineering, or similar. Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner. Delivered projects with value greater than $10 M within the Aviation/Aerospace (or similar) industry. Experience in leading project teams comprising 10 or more staff. Project Organisation Management. Project Planning. Project Monitoring and Control. Risk Management. IP Management. Contract Management incl. Change Management. Subcontractor Management incl. Subcontract Definition & Head Contract Alignment. Project Reporting. Financial Management. Issue Management. Configuration Management. Compliance with corporate processes and procedures. Promoting growth in the Contract. Managing bids and developing project delivery strategies.
