Cafe Manager or Second In Command At Dockside Cafe All Seasons Holiday Park & Houseboats – Mildura VIC We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Cafe Manager to join our team at our inner‑city Mildura café. This role also includes assisting with our on‑site watersports rentals, offering a unique and engaging work environment. As our Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, supporting watersports hire, leading and motivating staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring financial targets are met. Your leadership will help create a positive, vibrant workplace where both customers and team members feel valued. We’re seeking someone who brings: A fresh, upbeat personality with passion, drive, and a strong work ethic The desire to bring new ideas and energy to the business and truly make the role your own A proven track record of success in management roles Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences Strong knowledge of current industry standards, trends, and regulations Ambition and a genuine desire to grow with our team The ideal applicant will have 2–3 years’ experience managing full‑service restaurants, cafés, or clubs. This role requires leading both front‑ and back‑of‑house teams and being hands‑on to maintain and elevate operational standards. A valid RSA and Food Handlers Certificate are essential. We are also looking to expand into the functions space, so strong organisational skills and experience coordinating and running functions will be highly regarded.
