As a leading hair extension and hair replacement service provider, we offer a unique opportunity to build a career in a specialized and fast-growing industry. Job Details Position: Senior Hairdresser Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Normal hours of work are 10 am to 6 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet business needs. Compensation: Annual Salary: $76,570.00 (Based on 38 hours per week) Additional Pay: Superannuation and other entitlements are paid in accordance with Australian law and relevant awards. Key Duties and Responsibilities Providing expert consultation, colouring, and cutting services. Performing professional weft extension applications. Conducting hair replacement system services and care. Executing complex styling, hair treatments, and general hair care. Maintaining a clean, organised work station, and building strong client relationships. Mandatory Skills and Experience Professional Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in hairdressing is required. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience and high proficiency in a full range of hairdressing services, including advanced colouring, cutting, and styling techniques. Specialist Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in weft extension application and/or hair replacement system techniques.
