Senior Manager Fraud Advisory

As the Senior Manager Fraud Advisory, you will be part of the team on a mission to leverage technology, controls and collaboration to lower Fraud and Scams across the members associated with the organization. The Fraud and Scams team works across both Analytics and Operations. This role is more strategy focused, and will work to use the analytics developed through the operations team to embed correct processes and define the payments industry. Key Responsibilities Providing internal Fraud and Scams consultancy services to associated members. Identifying opportunities and making decisive changes to uplift the scheme rules and controls, and ensure they remain consistent with best practice management of Fraud and Scams. Attend external Industry roundtables and bilateral meetings with members to communicate the pipeline of change, influence change, and manage any matters that arise regarding Fraud and Scams. Requirements A career in Fraud, ideally with a mix of both operations and advisory work (5 years minimum). Be a proven expert in identifying issues and opportunities to uplift Fraud and Scam management across the payments industry. Well informed on key industry trends, including legislation impacting Fraud and Scams (e.g. Scams Prevention Framework). A sound understanding of the technologies, solutions and tools used to detect Fraud and Scams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
