About the role Reporting to the Head of Procurement, we're looking for a dedicatedProcurement Operations Leader – Hands On Leader for a Fast-Moving Teamon a Permanent Full-time basis based in Caringbah. Responsibilities Lead and support a small procurement team, ensuring a calm, focused, and solutions-oriented environment. Manage purchasing of raw materials, goods, and services – from supplier negotiation through to delivery. Problem-solve supply chain issues quickly and pragmatically, escalating only when needed. Continuously improve how we do things – smarter tracking, better forecasting, clearer communication. Support accurate forecasting, cost management, and reporting for operations. Coach and develop your team to take ownership and think ahead. Work closely with production, quality, and logistics to make sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. What you will bring to our team Proven leadership experience – ideally in a small to mid-sized business where you've worn multiple hats. A calm, steady leadership style – you bring clarity, not chaos. Resourcefulness and initiative; you can work through complexity with limited systems. Strong communication and follow-through – you own outcomes, not just tasks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations (at least 3 years).
