Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program National 360 is looking for a new graduate Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbane North team as part of the industry‑leading 360 GO Graduate Program. About the Graduate Program 360 GO is a 12‑month graduate experience that provides structured learning, two hours of supervision per week, a $1,500 annual professional development allowance, and a clear progression pathway. The program is divided into four phases: Simulated Practice – safe, controlled practice sessions before working with clients. Experiential Discovery – hands‑on learning in real‑life situations. Theoretical Learning – workshops with subject‑matter experts to build a strong clinical foundation. Individualised Development – a custom pathway to progress operationally or clinically. What You’ll Do In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver high‑quality community‑based care under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. Typical tasks include: Supporting clients in the community, at home, at a clinic location, or via telehealth. Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision. Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes. Attending team meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues. Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS. About You We are looking for graduates who thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment and who are ready to provide meaningful community support. You should meet the following criteria: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and have or be applying for AHPRA registration. Have an interest in community healthcare. Have access to your own vehicle and a current driver's licence. Be willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check and a Working With Children Check.
