Roles The role of the Duty Manager is to assist with the day‑to‑day supervision of the facility’s programs, staff, patrons, and plant room operations. You will oversee the facility presentation and ensure a high regard for occupational health and safety. Leading by example, you will work with the venue manager to oversee operational requirements. Supervise and provide leadership to facility staff Provide a high level of customer service Ensure a safe aquatic environment Risk mitigation and emergency management Skills & Experience Experience working in a trade or aquatic environment Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills Flexibility to work across 7 days a week Willingness to obtain a Pool Lifeguard Qualification Willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate & CPR The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest‑growing leisure organisation in Australia.
