Workfast is currently looking for multiple Asphalt workers in the Townsville area, commencing immediately. This is an ongoing position with the potential to become permanent after the probation period. Pay rate: $38‑45 per hour plus penalties. Responsibilities This role will see you operating a roller, pavement rehabilitation, asphalt resurfacing and more. You will also be required to do general labouring where needed. Requirements Previous experience in asphalting/road works Ideally live in the Townsville area Construction Induction Card (White Card) Roller ticket HR Licence (ideally) Strong safety focus and ability to operate within WHS&E policies Strong organisational and team working skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy Hardworking, honest & reliable character with a positive attitude What You Get Pay rate up to $38 per hour plus penalties.
