Victor Harbor Childcare and Education Centre – Victor Harbor SA We are a community-based service licensed for 70 children and proudly supporting the Fleurieu Peninsula for over 30 years. We provide high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre offers above-award rates and ongoing professional development opportunities. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Diploma Qualified Educator who is committed to providing the best possible education and care to children. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 6:00pm. This is a maternity leave position for 12, commencing January 2026, with the opportunity to renew for the right candidate. Responsibilities include engaging and interacting with children, building meaningful relationships, and fostering a strong sense of belonging. Applicants must hold relevant qualifications and have a sound understanding of the National Quality Standard and Education and Care Services National Regulations. Knowledge of attachment theory and relationship-based programming will be highly regarded.
