The Role You will be primarily responsible for conducting field survey tasks for projects across our broad service offerings in Brisbane. You will also be responsible for undertaking related office calculations and drafting, ensuring project deliverables, timeframes and budgets are met. You will be supported by Survey Managers and other Surveyors in the team, providing guidance and relevant training to be successful in your role. Key Responsibilities Perform fieldwork, calculations, data processing and drafting for survey projects undertaken by the business. Prioritize, coordinate and monitor personal workloads to meet varying deadlines. Ensure survey work is carried out in accordance with project scope, budget and company systems and procedures. Effectively communicate with the survey team, clients, consultants and the community. Work closely and collaboratively with the team to efficiently deliver projects. Adhere to the Company’s quality, safety and environmental management processes and procedures. Skills and Qualifications A Diploma or degree in surveying (or currently studying) is preferred. Registration or ability to gain registration with SBQ is highly desirable. 1+ years surveying experience. Leica equipment, 12d Model and AutoCAD experience desirable (training provided). Right to live and work in Australia. Valid Class C Manual Driver’s Licence. General Construction Induction Card (White Card). Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously within a team. Excellent communication, technical and time management skills. Positive attitude towards learning, developing skills and delivering a high standard of work.
