Multilingual Medical Information Specialist (Korean & English) – 12-Month Contract – Remote (Australia) Location : Remote, Australia Contract : 12-month fixed term Company : ProPharma Group Language requirement : Native-level Korean and fluent English Eligibility : Must have full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident) For over 20 years, ProPharma has been improving patient health and wellness by providing trusted advice and expertise to biotech, med-device, and pharmaceutical organizations worldwide. We support clients through an advise-build-operate model across the full product lifecycle, with deep expertise in Regulatory Sciences, Clinical Research Solutions, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, and Quality & Compliance. We are seeking a native-level Korean speaker with strong English communication skills to join our Medical Information team. This is a remote position based in Australia, responsible for responding to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients on behalf of leading global pharmaceutical clients. You will provide scientifically accurate, compliant, and empathetic responses by phone and email, ensuring adherence to client procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle medical information inquiries about designated products in a professional and timely manner (via phone, email, or written correspondence). Translate medical documents and inquiries between English and Korean with accuracy and context sensitivity. Identify, document, and report Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with SOPs. Maintain detailed records in ProPharma's Enquiry Handling System. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the global Medical Information team to ensure service excellence. Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards at all times. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy (or related field). Native-level Korean with fluent English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong translation and technical writing ability. Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
